MY PROGRAMMING AND INSTRUCTION

Whether you are an avid gym goer who can't quite afford the price of a trainer at the gym, a busy mom who gets 20 minutes to work out (if you're lucky!)...if you end up doing the same workouts you've done since high school, or you're coming out of physical therapy and want to continue on your recovery journey, I can help. We work together with your schedule, your equipment (or lack thereof), and your exercise history to help you reach your goals. You get individualized programs, detailed instructional videos for every exercise, and communication with me the whole time. You don't need to worry about making your training appointment or being sure to cancel in time to not get charged. You get the workouts done on your own, but with guidance and accountability every step of the way.

what are your videos like?

I have made a video tutorial for every exercise in a program. This is just as if we were training in person and I was teaching you an exercise with all the proper cues. I make sure you know how to perform the exercise, as well as make you aware of common mistakes to avoid. These videos are not classes. They are meant to be referred back to often, but are also designed so that as you memorize the movements you won't have to be watching someone on a screen to do an exercise properly; your body will have internalized them and you will be moving more efficiently from here on out for the rest of your life.
